Lucy had a vision to create a company where she could inspire motivate and transform people's lives through exercise and fitness.  It
has always been her dream:  to offer a non-intimidating, private place for people to exercise.

Lucy’s limitless energy and devotion to helping others enables her to be a motivator to those she trains. She stresses the integration of fitness, nutrition, and behavioral changes, to help empower each and every one of her clients to define and reach his/her personal goals, both physical and physiological.

 With over 19 year’s experience, her qualifications are:

My commitment is to bring you, the client the highest level of professionalism, expertise and knowledge in helping you reach your personal goals.  My qualifications allow me to design and monitor an injury free exercise program tailored specifically to your personal needs and desires.  I can provide you with the support and motivation to maintain your exercise program.
